I was referred to Mike part way through my third pregnancy as someone who had the experience to train me safely and sensibly in this phase of my life. I had been relatively fit beforehand and wanted to keep as active as possible whilst strengthening and preparing my body for what was to come. I was happily surprised at the variety of what we were able to do despite the growing bump! Training with Mike was always varied and just the right amount of a challenge as the weeks progressed. As soon as you meet Mike you sense that he really knows his stuff, which is particularly important when you are training whilst pregnant. He looked after me really well both pre- and post-natal – and he still does!

Training with Mike I have achieved numerous fitness goals that had previously alluded me. I have suffered with sciatica and various associated injuries but the mix of PT and massage helped me complete my first sprint triathlon last summer at 40 and am now training for the Olympic distance.
