Personal training is just that: personal. It’s all about what you need. A lot of people say to me, ‘I’m not fit enough to have a personal trainer!’ But one of the most important times to work with a PT is when you’re just starting out and need that extra guidance and motivation
We programme your workouts together for the days we’re not training and make sure they fit into your lifestyle to make them sustainable – even if it’s just 10 minutes a day!
You can’t out-train a bad diet, so whatever your goal is, it’s important that we analyse your nutrition to ensure it complements your training.
Its important to remember that this is your leisure time and fitness has got to be fun and varied so I make sure there’s as much smiling as there is sweating in my sessions!
